Clare Fletcher is PSL counsel in Slaughter and May’s employment team, and a respected expert in employment law within the firm and externally. She has a strategic role in the firm’s knowledge team regularly delivers training and writes for numerous publications. Clare is also an active member of ELA, serving on both the Legislative & Policy Committee and the Briefing Editorial Committee. She co-chaired the L&P Committee working party’s response to the consultation on the code of practice on dismissal and re-engagement.
