Chelsea Brooke-Ward is an award-winning employment barrister. She qualified in 2019 and is the Head of the Employment Team at Park Square Barristers. She’s ranked as up and coming in 2024 in Chambers and Partners and a Leading Junior in Legal 500 since 2023. She undertakes all aspects of employment work with a particular focus on discrimination and whistleblowing cases. Chelsea also practices commercial litigation including partnership and shareholder disputes. She also represents both Claimants and Defendants in Housing Matters such as disrepair and possession proceedings with a particular interest for those case involving discrimination allegations. In addition to her practice, Chelsea is a two-time author. She co-authored the Practicalities of Valuing Discrimination Cases with Jodie Hill which is a guide to help practitioners with the tools to value discrimination claims. She also wrote the book The Diary of a Pupil which is her journey to becoming a barrister which she is donating some of the profits to a scholarship fund.
