Charlotte is a Senior Associate at Knights and Member at Large on ELA Manco. Charlotte is from Sheffield and woks in the city centre. She advises businesses and has particular expertise in advising on avoiding and tackling sexual harassment in the workplace with extensive tribunal experience on the subject. Charlotte also has a keen focus in the Financial Services sector having trained a banking client at board level on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion with a particular focus on the new duty to avoid sexual harassment and what this means from an FCA compliance perspective.
