Sam is an employment barrister of 25 years’ experience. He acts for both Claimants and Respondents, before the ET and in appeals. Significant reported cases include Grosset v. City of York Council and Woodhouse v. WNWHL, both of which started off in the Leeds ET. Sam is on the GLD panel and acts for a number of Government Departments.
